The working principle of the vertical rolling machine is to roll the material through a pair of vertically arranged rollers, so that the material undergoes plastic deformation under high pressure, thereby changing its thickness, hardness and surface quality. The material enters between the rollers from above, is squeezed and rolled by the rollers, is gradually thinned and formed, and finally outputs from the bottom, realizing continuous rolling and processing of the material. This process is widely used in the production of plates and strips of materials such as steel and non-ferrous metals.
Cleaning:
External cleaning: After work each day, wipe the outside of the machine with a clean cloth to remove oil and metal chips.
Internal cleaning: Regularly clean the metal chips and oil inside the machine, especially the guide rails, gears and rollers.
Lubrication:
Guide rails and lead screws: Lubricate the guide rails and lead screws regularly according to the manufacturer's recommendations, using appropriate lubricating oil or grease.
Gears and bearings: Check the lubrication of gears and bearings to ensure that the lubrication system is working properly.
Inspection:
Fasteners: Check all fasteners for looseness. If loose, tighten them in time.
Cooling system: Check the liquid level and cleanliness of the cooling system, and replace the coolant if necessary.
